Always be aware that no guarantee can be given for complete stain removal. Some stains such as (but not limited to) food, colourings, hot drinks, cosmetic,plant foods etc. may cause permanent colour change to the fibres and may react adversely to stain removal products.

Results limited by the material composition or fitting, will be determined and qualified by the operative; any further cleaning attempts will be at the customer’s expense and subject to signed insurance waiver.

The customer shall be responsible for the provision of water and 13 amp electricity.

We apply only Professional products in all our services; our machines are Prochem steempro 2000,  or similar, with 2 vacuum for a better cleaning and quick dry and  200psi water pressure.

You should provide access to your property as well as access to running water and electricity.
We do not move furniture,  if for some reason we need to do, we cannot accept any responsibility for damages caused.

If there are no lifts in the building and the property is situated above the first floor then we would need to be advised of this beforehand as we may need to hire someone to help with the carrying of the heavy machine.
